Marquis Centennial is a dynamic 80 bed post acute care and skilled nursing facility with a specialty memory care unit located in outer Northeast Portland. Our facility is conveniently located near public transportation and offers an easy and quick drive to Mt. Hood and the Columbia River Gorge.

Marquis Centennial’s therapy team members are celebrated Champions of the Journey! From adaptive skiing on Mount Hood to 80’s Night At McMenamins, they take living the best rest of their resident’s lives very seriously!

This facility has a cozy yet open gym space with access to outdoor walking areas and patio spaces, larger recreation space perfect for group activities, full ACP suite with diathermy, E-stim, ultrasound, Omnicycle, and OMNI VR. There is also a separate therapy office for the staff’s private meeting needs. Therapists at Marquis Centennial are experts with Chronic Conditions, Stand Strong, and Cognitive Disabilities Clinical Programs.
