Rogue Valley Manor is a spacious 63-bed continuing care retirement facility located on a beautiful 75-acre campus overlooking Medford, Oregon. Nearby, there is Crater Lake National Park, the Ashland Shakespearian Festival, and the Oregon Coast.

We look to promote living for every day. Lively attitudes and optimism is contagious and patients are encouraged by this. The team provides inpatient and outpatient services as well as establishing personalized point of care for memory care support.

Rogue Valley Manor has two gyms, a first floor outpatient gym and a second floor rehab gym for Skilled/Long Term Care residents. The therapy team uses various clinical practices for their residents, with one therapist having an expertise in Parkinson programming. The gym includes many Omni VR, modalities and many other pieces of therapy equipment to aid in the recovery process.
