South Bay 

A fast-growing epicenter of tech and entrepreneurs, the South Bay region is well known as Silicon Valley. Sacramento Metro

The Gold State’s capitol, Sacramento, is located at the joining of the Sacramento and American Rivers and is home to rich California history. Take day trips to an assortment of museums, including the California Museum, Crocker Art Museum, California Hall of Fame, State Capitol Museum, and Old Sacramento State Historic Park. Many big players in the healthcare industry are located in Sacramento as well: Sutter Health, UC Davis Medical Center and its School of Medicine, among others. Beautiful Lake Tahoe is only two hours away, for year-round activities including skiing and water sports.
